Overall Satisfaction with Sales Performance Management solutions from SAP SuccessFactors
We use SAP Sales Performance Management as our main tool to calculate, compensate, and distribute commissions for our ~1300 sales reps. SAP serves as the one stop shop for all things pertaining to their payment, sales data, compensation rules and budgets.
Pros
- Allows changes to compensation plans to go into effect pretty easily.
- Visible on mobile devices
- Enables transparency
Cons
- Mobile app is not functional
- Embedded Analytics lacks speed in creating/generating reports

Allows for a substantial decrease in manual work, which has in turn allowed the admin to have more time to spend on answering questions from the field to help them increase their selling.
