Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce CMS
is critical. The program Salesforce CMS allows our company with minor training to manage our Revenue better internally. Our company primarily generates revenue through our sales department, so having any boost in tha sector. Salesforce CMS allows us to "track and trace" customer/prospect interactions easier, with a wider net of "catch". It helps with us providing live data as well, as our rates and services vary from region to region, and change daily.
Pros
- Easy setup, perfect integration with current and older sales tools we use(d).
- Works very well with our company in house preferred CRM
- helps us work with marketing to create and maintain healthy pipelines
Cons
- Needs more AI and Automation tools, especially for making fine granular data.
- Lack of add ons and a bit less customizable
- Works great with Salesforce products, but does need supporting programs
- Has increased our ROI subtly since implementation
- Reduced the amount of time our sales and marketing team spent per prospect monthly by a few minutes.
- Integrates well with other Salesforce, which brings out their value and Salesforce CMS's value as well.
Salesforce more so compliments these products, rather than stacks against them. We don't have any products similar to Salesforce CMS, so in lieu of that, these are the products we were using that mesh the easiest with Salesforce CMS in terms of proceeding through the pre-existing pipeline process we had for turning a prospect into a customer.
