SFDC is being used by our Sales, Marketing and Support teams.
  • The reporting functions are intuitive and allow tracking of ROI of our marketing campaigns.
  • Establishing processes to prevent contact and account information duplication can be cumbersome.
  • Ability to track leads effectively, and report ROI for marketing campaigns.
Implementation is large time investment so unlikely to switch to a different platform.
Well suited for active sales teams working in conjunction with a marketing department.
