Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce.com

We use Salesforce to manage our consultants. We have created our custom portal on force.com sites and help our consultants/employees to manage their profiles, projects, timesheets, certifications, service requests. We surely anticipate to expand this to our HR department as well. We help our clients to implement Salesforce for their Sales and Services teams and couldn't help falling in love with Salesforce to implement for our in-house purposes.
