We use Salesforce Data 360 to unify and manager customer data in our Salesforce System. It helps us to create a consistent view of customer that can be used across various teams like sales, marketing, serivce. With this we improved data quality and it also helps us with reporting and analysis. The best thing is better decision making and efficiency across our teams.
