Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Data 360

We use Salesforce Data 360 to unify and manager customer data in our Salesforce System. It helps us to create a consistent view of customer that can be used across various teams like sales, marketing, serivce. With this we improved data quality and it also helps us with reporting and analysis. The best thing is better decision making and efficiency across our teams.

I gave rating 8 because it offers powerful data unification, strong insight , improved customer interaction and reliable performance. This rating also includes overall data visibility and usability across teams. The reason of not giving 10 is its complexity sometimes and costing. This can be less efficient and more complicated for sometimes.
While SAP, Oracle, Mulesoft and Snowfake provides data ingestion and analytics, they also require complex configuration and custom work. With Salesforce , we can unify the data within Salesforce system from different sources and this also helps in better decision making. With Salesforce support and help documents the things can become very easy to tackle.

Salesforce Data 360 is suited when handling data coming from different sources and need a unified customer view and analysis. This eventually affects decision making and efficiency.
Its not suited where organization is small, in this case revenue will be less compared to cost and licensing. This can be too powerful than necessary.
