Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Sales Cloud

We use Salesforce to track everything from Leads/Campaigns to Resources/Projects as well as SLDC, PTO and Report Approvals. This is the hub of our business. Calendar invites are sent using Inbox, emails are captured by EAC and Conversation Insights from MS Teams are surfaced for later review. Furthermore, we evaluate email insights from our custom keywords and we automate notifications to keep company stakeholders current with the latest activity.
