Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Sales Cloud

Salesforce Sales Cloud is used as the database for sales where data for all from cold leads to subscribing customer is there. All interactions with the company are recorded and visible for all to see. Analytics for employee performance and sales revenue are other features available, including the admin side such as billing too.
