Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Sales Cloud

So we use it along the sales cycle from contact creation, lead creation, opportunity management, everything up to the order creation, and also for support for sellers, support for partners. So pretty much the entire coverage of SalesPro.

Pros

  • I think it's giving you those insights that you need in order to understand the performance of an account, where you need to focus with your Salesforce Sales Cloud or where they have issues in terms of not being able to progress with the deals. So you can jump in and work with them or bring in salespeople to help them continue the deal.

Cons

  • I mean it's the entire artificial intelligence that is machine, right? I mean, you have in the CRM, Salesforce Sales Cloud, a lot of data. It's hard for a seller, for example, to find right away what they need. The idea is that you need something right away. If your customer calls you now and says, let's meet in five minutes, you need the key things. You might know your customer, but if you don't have the key things that you'll not be able to have the proper discussion with that customer. So with AI of everything that is being discussed today, plus bringing in AI, the market intelligence, the industry intelligence as well, it'll help you position your discussion with that customer. So I think that's missing.
  • Oh, obviously, I mean, in the past there was a different CRM, which was slower, less stable. So definitely since we implemented in 2012, it proved to be much faster, more stable, more effective for ourselves. So that's the idea.
I haven't used any other.

Do you think Salesforce Sales Cloud delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Salesforce Sales Cloud's feature set?

Yes

Did Salesforce Sales Cloud live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Salesforce Sales Cloud again?

Yes

I think it's well suited in the sales cycle, like selling closing deals, less suited maybe on the support side. I mean, sometimes when a user raises a case, if they don't know exactly where to go, it can go in a black hole in a loop. Right. So Salesforce Sales Cloud doesn't know where to direct them.

Using Salesforce Sales Cloud

So I would give it an eight just because again, you need that intelligence attitude that with a click to get to what you need, right? Because it's full of data, you need to have something handy that's missing, in my opinion, to get a 10.
