Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Spiff

Spiff is a nice tool; there are a lot of options for customizing but not very easy to configure it

Pros

  • integration with Salesforce
  • Does not need coding knowledge
  • Easy to create reports

Cons

  • Missing SOX control requirements
  • Creating and routing plan docs has room for improvement
  • integration error logs via email would be great to be added
  • Increased transparency to the sales reps
  • complicated configuration
  • Easy integration with SF
It is not easy to change the plan configuration, The Plan document module needs improvement. SOX compliance features are missing.
  • Xactly Incent®
Spiff offered a better price, but I still think Xactly incent is a better option, especially for larger organizations
