Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Spiff

I use Salesforce Spiff every other week to check my earning and how i'm doing for the month. It's an easy way to keep track on where you are at for the month, commission trends, documents and how much money that will be paid out every month. you can also go back in time and see how you have done in the past. It solves the problems of not knowing your commission, monthly target etc
