Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce1
Salesforce1 allows for on the go analysis and updating of our pipeline. Especially important that we are able to use it at events like SXSW or other hosted events. It's essential we keep it up to date and we understand what we've done in the past, as well as where certain deals/contacts are sourced from.
- Allows for on the go updates of leads/contacts.
- Allows for on the go analysis of pipeline.
- Helps us keep everything in track when we don't have internet access.
- Allows for some customization, but not all.
- Does not allow for conversions of leads into contacts.
- On the go, it's essential we keep track of the sources of leads/deals, so it certainly helps us understand where we should be investing more money on that end.
