We use to create automatic follow-up campaigns for our clients. Usually, we use it together with a CRM pipeline and it works pretty well in a very efficient way to improve efficiency in the sales department of our clients to reduce time in following up. If you are looking for a tool to reach out to your clients, this is the right tool.
  • Create automatic follow-up processes in Pipedrive based on deals created.
  • Be able to add prospects along the way when creating deals in the CRM.
  • Be able to integrate efficiently with CRM Pipedrive.
  • The tool requires some knowledge of outbound strategies and it is not easy for everybody at the first time.
  • The service needs quite a few interactions to the full value.
  • The customer service needs a lot of improvement. They are not fast and they need to focus on the customer point of view.
  • Definitely, has improved our time on doing the follow-up in a faster way for our clients.

We have been trying KLENTY mainly, however, the Prospector of is quite superior. For both cases, the preparation of campaigns are not as easy as it sounds, but as soon as you do the first, it will be easier for your business. has a better and easier interface and the webpage is superb. If you are looking just for follow-up, PLENTLY with doing, but if you need to find a prospect, is the service you need.

We usually take a look into the basics reports, like how much people have been clicking of the links included in each email as well as open rate of each of the stages that a single campaign is working. Usually these reports are enough for everybody to get a fair insight on how the sales process is doing. works perfectly for companies using a CRM or whatever other CRM software involving customer data. Also, is perfect to deal with the creation of an outreach campaign in an automatic way. You won't need to do follow-up yourself. However, it needs some training to work with it perfectly. In general is a great outbound sales tool.
