Overall Satisfaction with SAP Analytics Cloud
We use SAC for advanced data analysis such as predictive, planning and dashboarding. We tried SAC for a long period and it's a good solution regarding the user interface, the features and the collaboration options.
We also use SAC in order to create new type of dashboard and reports, due to the fact that we are a management consulting company.

- Planning: this feature is well developed and allows the user to create budget, forecast and previsional plans.
- Mobility: SAC has a specific app developed on mobile systems.
- Usability: SAC has a very easy user interface.
- Predictive feature is not very well developed.
- There are some features that should be improved, such as exporting and data presentation.
- SAC is still not working very fast, compared to some other BI tools.
- Increase the business users possibility to access data.
- Reduce the time to analysis data.
- Improve the knowledge of the clients and the business.
SAP Analytics Cloud has a very important connector with the SAP world so it's very easy to use this if you operate in a SAP environment. This point is also very important due to the fact that there are a lot of programmers working on new developments and improvements, so SAC could increase the features in the future.
