Overall Satisfaction with SAP Analytics Cloud

We are using it for proof of concepts on several reporting capabilities, especially for planning. So far, the SAC capabilities are amazing. It is very intuitive even for non-IT people. Even though not all integrated planning capabilities are available, we manage to create a very good model to fully test and demo the tool for our internal customers.

Pros

  • Simplicity.
  • Performance.

Cons

  • BW connectivity.
Planning is very infinitive, but there are some missing calculations and features than are available in integrated -planning out of the box. Hopefully, the roadmap will be implemented as advertised.
Support has been good, and we usually don't have to contact them.
We are using it for POC and it's working great.
