Overall Satisfaction with SAP Analytics Cloud

Used mainly by our business intelligence division, but available to everyone via a democratized data policy, we depend on SAP Analytics [Cloud] to drive our major product roadmap decisions using informed user-specific data. We are able to get a 360 view of our business in seconds, by mixing data from multiple streams, connecting both cloud and on-premise data to eliminate knowledge silos.

A lot of thought must have gone into the user experience, and it shows! We were impressed with the online help, and even new users in our org were able to master it within a couple of hours of usage.
While we have not needed support much, the few times we have it was great. We appreciate the dedication to users.
[SAP Analytics Cloud] is great for visualizing and exploring both structured and unstructured business intelligence scenarios. Helps us to efficiently answer questions both about the "known knowns" and "unknown unknowns". We often turn to SAP Analytics Cloud to help us decide on the next course of action in our product roadmap.
