Overall Satisfaction with SAP Analytics Cloud
SAP Analytics Cloud is primarily being used for reporting purposes as well as predictions. It is used primarily for the finance and sales business functions; and not being used across all functions. It is used for generating reports on business data; analyzing the data and carrying out predictions based on the Smart Insight and Smart Discovery features.
- Great option for users to build their own stories.
- Powerful graphics.
- Great features such as Linked Analysis and Smart Insight.
- Loading time and performance require considerable improvement.
- Limited features for a live connection.
- Seamless connectivity to include other databases such as SQL, etc. as well is desired.
SAP Analytics Cloud - being a cloud offering does not require any infrastructure for development of the reports and dashboards and doesn't depend on the back-end system availability for preparing a prototype. Since there is already a lot of pre-built content available, it offers a great way to look at the features and can help decide accordingly what is suited for you as per your requirement. These features are not readily available for the other mentioned on-premise platforms.
