Overall Satisfaction with SAP Analytics Cloud

SAP Analytics Cloud is being used in our organization. It has the capability to connect to multiple data sources. We extensively use the data visualization features to get a better understanding of the unstructured data at our disposal. With the help of SAP Analytics Cloud, we were able to generate comprehensive reports on the performance of the different verticals in our organization.

UI could be confusing and hard to get used to in the initial stages. We needed training sessions and tutorials so that they could get used to the platform and start utilizing the tool. It is one of the best platforms on the market and provides a wide range of features to work with
SAP has always provided optimum customer support to us, as we have many different applications of SAP under usage in our application. SAP Analytics Cloud is nothing different. The customer support team has always responded with proper answers in a short period of time. Due to this, we were able to implement this platform conveniently in our organization. Also, they helped us with the integration part.
