Use Cases and Deployment Scope

SAP Analytics Cloud is used by my organization as a powerful tool to plan our bank's strategy and to make important business decisions. Other than that, it is used to visualize data. Sap Analytics Cloud is used by several departments in our banks. The main users are the risk management department, strategy planning department, and the asset and liability management department.

Pros and Cons

You can use the Stories feature to visualize the data in SAP Analytics Cloud. You can create any type of visual data (graphics, charts, maps).
It is a cloud-based platform. It has also a mobile version for both Android and IOS.
It has a forecast function, which is vastly used in our company.
It is a great tool for collaboration as it allows you to write comments, so your colleagues can present their point of view about different topics mentioned in a specific story or model
You can edit your home screen and add the information that you need, so it would be more comfortable for you to use SAP Analytics Cloud
Story mode has a great functionality. For example, you can insert maps, images or even visualization from R in this mode
SAP Analytics Cloud has a high level of security
Visualizations are really great. You can just download them and put them in the management report.
You can integrate Sap Analytics Cloud to various programs(Teams integration is the one that is really crucial for me).
It allows you to see if your data is incomplete

It has a lot of functions, but SAP Analytics Cloud is not easy to master. You need some time to learn all its functionalities and abilities. Also I did not find this product super user friendly.
Sometimes server errors occurred (and you do not understand how to deal with them).
Sometimes it takes unrealistically long times to upload data to SAP Analytics Cloud.

Return on Investment

Data reporting and data visualization is much better
Now we can have much better strategic planning
Business planning and risk management planning is easier now

Usability

It is not very user friendly in my opinion. SAP Analytics Cloud has a lot of different functions but it takes some time to master them. At first when you open SAP Analytics Cloud, you see lots of buttons and you do not know what to press or how to start. However after some time it becomes easier to use this product

I have never used SAP analytics Cloud Support so honestly I am unable to answer this question.

SAP Analytics Cloud is a powerful BI platform that helps us to visualize data. Sometimes it might be really hard for top management to see only numbers. SAP Analytics Cloud allows you to have nice graphs and charts. By providing these graphs to top management, it would be much easier for them to make a decisions. Also it allows for several departments to collaborate and have better planning and make our bank's strategy better
