Overall Satisfaction with SAP Analytics Cloud

Our implementation case came out of the need for a substitute SAP BO Explorer for which it was decided the end of life. Now we use SAC to better show and deeply analyze the business intelligence data, create dynamic dashboards, and support the business departments' daily jobs. For these reasons I can say that our scope is probably around every part of the company, where is not already available it will be in the future.

I think of course that development and improvements are basically the base on which IT stands, of course, all of the developed products, so every time there's a way to grow up. Overall I think is a good instrument that has changed partially our way to analyze data e to giving it to our colleagues in the business. So it was a good choice to implement it.
I exprienced only one time the SAP support for SAC and I have to say I am not happy. I had the impression to speak with a person that doen't know the application and as imaginable we didn't solve the problem so we closed the incident.
I think the main error that could come out is to think of this instrument as an SAP Business Object substitution. This is a mistake that users and of course support department don't have to do it. This application I am firmly convinced that could only be applied to support users and business intelligence main flows.
