Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba
We use it for employee procurement. We ensure employees can search through catalogs for everyday needs, and then we have an approval process. The use case is the procurement of personal office needs for remote employees. Ariba works but is more difficult to use than it needs to be. In my opinion, It is slow and difficult to use as an employee and set up as a procurement team.
Pros
- It is similar to all legacy applications.

- It rarely has issues with availability.
Cons
- App is very outdated. Make it more modern. Images are very slow to load.
- Searching for items is very difficult and slow. Make search better.
- Finding support contacts takes way too long, make it easier to get support.

- Scalability
SAP is a large company that is easy to purchase from and sell internally. No stakeholders question purchasing SAP Ariba, even though nobody likes it. We know it won't have issues supporting such a large company.
