Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba

We use SAP Ariba for Procurement/inventory and supplier adds/management. We are looking to expand if this is successful, but currently integrate with our current p2p platform. The goal is to have an end-to-end platform that includes project intake and resource management, ordering, inventory management, approvals, and invoicing.

Could be easier for end-users who don't use this often, they are the most thorough from what I've seen and used

We already have SAP, this was the most logical from a collaborative SKU perspective
SAP Ariba is the most established. However, I think the others are more easy to use and agile

They need to adapt to the moving industry - to me, the product looks and feels the same as it did when it came out. There are new players that are challenging them and, in my opinion, SAP Ariba seems to take the stance that they are the large player and nobody can move them away - Coupa, GEP, etc are taking away marketshare
