Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba Procurement
SAP Ariba Procurement is being used by our organization's billing department to upload our customer invoices so that they can pay them. It is a great tool that allows us to upload our invoices and have the customer be able to immediately view and pay them. It gives us direct contact with the customer so that invoices on SAP Ariba Procurement can be viewed by both parties and it allows us to track what invoices are missing and need to be uploaded.

- Managing customers and invoices is a simple process
- Adding a customer to our list is a bit tricky
- The trading partner relationship request emails often get lost
- Having the add button for a customer instead of a trading partner relationship email would be much better
- Helps make billing a lot easier
- Helps us get paid faster
- Helps the customer view their bills in one place
SAP Ariba Procurement is very user friendly compared to many other products and provides easy views of invoices submitted and POs available. It also is very easy for us to add a new PO and be able to invoice against it immediately. There is no turnaround time and that makes our job much easier.
