Its data driven user solution helps in gaining visibility into the landscape and thus helps in informed decision making
End to end procurement process under single platform and integration makes it easier
We have always experienced cost reduction using SAP ariba

I would love to see more integrations
Would love to have more autonomy in defining the enterprise business model of my org and realising it in SAP experience
UX is great.... But I would love to make it more simplistic

While its great at usability. I would love ut have it more simplified.
I would like to advocate for some personas who are non tech savvy or who have less or no experience in procurement. I sometimes feel that the valley of user learning fir such personas is quite steep and it may take them long time of learning to get adept to the platform.

We have millions of procurement samples and opportunities and scaling is top most priority and I feel SAP ariba fulfills our requirement to the fullest. Along with scalability, cloud landscape and data privacy is also mainly needed
