Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba Procurement

Using SAP arabia for the first time made me felt that how streamline the sales processes are.
I used it when we were trying to onboard KRAHEJA - A luxury real estate brand of Mumbai wherein the complete sales cycle was done on SAP.
The moment we raised the PI, it was added by the customer admin and after filling necessary details, the corresponding PO was raised.
Similarly, the invoice details were filled by our finance wherein we uploaded all the bank and GST details and basis on a 3-step hierarchy, we were given approvals after the due dilligence.

This made the complete process transparent for us and automated for the customer and real-time updates were recorded.
From procurement, sales and finance stand point, SAP solves the problem very efficiently leaving a WOW element for all.
  • streamlining of cross-functional processes
  • transparency amongst the users
  • automations
  • The login process is sometime tedious for first time users
  • The console is slightly tough to understand for the users at time
  • procurement management
  • compliance and risk management
  • tech integrations with existing ecosystem
  • It actually saved the overall sales cycle by 7-10 days by automation
  • Saved almost 3-5 days of calling efforts of follow up
UI is good from tech perspective
Customisations and personalisations are very intuitive and allows user to make the maximum usaage of the dashboard.
Integrations with existing systems matters a lot for large enterprises.
Training and support is very crucial.
Mobile availability enhances the overall customer experience.
Feedback is underrated but comapnies take it very seriously now a days.

  • Scalability
  • Ease of Use
What I personally liked the most was the seamlessness it has to provide.
The way it streamlined multiple sales steps and procurement steps was mind blowing.
It took away the toughest part by making it very transparent for all involved people and automating it within the cross-fucntional teams. Large enterprises have hard time chasing the compliance which this solves very effectively.
