Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business One

SAP Business One is used throughout the organization and by managing all the information in a central platform, we are able to access the relevant information about our customers and operations anytime, from anywhere. It helps internal communication and improves overall customer satisfaction. Also, being in sales I make extensive use of the CRM functionalities to make sure I never miss a sale.
