I have given this rating because there are points that need to be improved with the Support of the SAP Business Technology Platform. Given that there are lots of components and parts within a low-code platform, often there would be a turnaround whether a certain issue is related to the Platform or the Infrastructure.

Alternatives Considered

OutSystems, Mendix and PowerApps

Our current PowerApps license doesn’t include the premium connectors yet; PowerApps is costly when it includes the use of premium connectors such as Rest API and SAP Connectors (which mainly is the integration points for most of the applications developed in our company). SAP Business Technology Platform is well equipped for multi-cloud due to its support for multiple cloud deployment options. SAP Business Technology Platform and Mendix’s partnership reassure large customers like our company.
