Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business Technology Platform
We use several components of the BTP within our S4 environment, process modeling, integrations, and automations. We are looking at other areas also. Overall the products we have used have helped to streamline the SAP environment. The pieces we have tried have impoved our cost and performance of our SAP environment.
There are some challenges with BTP in terms that is not always clear what fits in to the solutions set. Feels like a collector for all products that SAP does not know where to place.

Pros
- Process modeling in Signavio
- Integrations between SAP solutions and products
- Work automations.
Cons
- Process modeling could use better AI and discovery tools
- Automations having catalogs that show repeatable automation benefits
- Not fully sure as we are using credits to implement, so we believe it will have positive ROI but that will be determined when we move to standard licensing
- improved analysis with process modeling
So far the advantage from BTP is that is simplifies the environment and reduces technology complexity by having an integrated solution have not yet seen any capability advantage
