Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business Technology Platform

We use it to offload our customization and all SAP to SAP integrations. Our aim is to keep the core clean using SAP Business Technology Platform. this is a core focus for our tech teams. also from a licensing perspective it is avoiding the need for digital licences

3 - we use our main sap basis teams so we need the same skillsets as the standard basis teams

outcomes def delivered but some of the promises were not lived up to. time to market def was delivered but in the end the platform is still rather complex to manage

yes to avoid discussions on SLA's we agreed on the premium support
we have some instances but they are mainly when when had our csm assisting us and driving the support. we really believe the CSM is making a BIG difference in the entire support process
