We are currently exploring the CAL system for Sandboxing and Proof of Concept purpose because we are migrating to S/4HANA Public cloud version. It is mainly used for evaluation and testing purposes.

Good, It has more innovation and integration capabilities with SAP and Non-SAP systems

It supports well and Joule takes charge of the game now. It has a good scope with automation of manual or repetitive tasks by combining all these powerful tools and it helps the business to gain ROI very quickly
