Overall Satisfaction with SAP Cloud Platform

SAP cloud platform is a nice tool provided by SAP. Nowadays, while we are going digital a transition from on-premise system to cloud environment is much needed. In my organisation we are implementing customer solution regarding SAP MM, SD and other modules on SAP Cloud Platform.
  • Rapid deployment.
  • Well structured life cycle.
  • Enhanced user experience.
  • Seamless integration.
  • Cost savings.
  • Need to be more user friendly.
  • Connectivity process with on-premise system for extension of standard application should be made easier.
  • Better development tools required.
  • UI should be made fast.
  • Good for large or medium scale organisations. Small scale organisations may face affordability issues.
  • Cost is reduced in terms of implementation.
  • Experience and efforts are more in case of non-standard app developments.
SCP is a very good cloud integration tool. When there are several SAP solutions to be integrated, it is even more powerful. It gives data security, predefined integration scenarios and components.

It enables users to connect on premise ERP system to connect with the the cloud environment. It provides seamless integration scenarios.
Using SCP it is a good tool to scale, filter and visualise data. Thanks to the in-built analytics and ML capabilities. These tools help users to interact with data in more enhanced way.

Nowadays SAP conversational AI implementation with SAP solutions with the help of SCP has become quite easy. It enables users to have seamless issue resolution.
SAP Cloud Platform is more appropriate for large-scale and medium-scale businesses. Less appropriate - small-scale businesses. If there are too many non-standard side by side developments then it requires more experience, efforts and planning. In this case SCP is not recommendable as per my knowledge. SCP is good when there are volume of integrations and can be fit with predefined integration scenarios.
