Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
SAP Concur was brought in to reduce the communication time between employees and travel vendors for different travel reservations, and it did a splendid job there. The scope was to implement Travel requests and expenses. We faced many challenges, major of which we would like to highlight as the - Missing three-way/two-way line item match for invoices - no reconciliation between travel request and invoice lines - Real-time integration with FM budget management which was a major challenge to achieving budget check.
- Ticket booking- reduction in time and real time value add services to employees.
- Having to choose the flight itenary.
- Having a choice of hotel booking.
- Helping company to save on travel costs with comparative pricing.
- Invoice- missing three way line item level match for invoice vs travel request.
- Budget check - real time integration with SAP missing.
- Time saved in communication.
- Faster employee reimbursement process.
- Self services offer choices.
