Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
We currently using SAP Concur for expenses and travel. It is great tool that supports the functionality and easy to use.
- Expense submission and approval process
- Flight ticket booking and hotel booking
- transferring bills from mobile to system
- Excellent automation for expense reporting
- Easy to understand
I do not remember other expense tools on top of my mind right now, but using SAP Concur for a while and it is good. I never felt difficulty submitting expense or booking travel related.
It has become part of an enterprise app tool widely used by non IT team across org. Easy to understand and use.
