My team is supporting the corportate travel program. We heavily rely on the SAP Concur to manage the business travel expense. There are also some advanced reporting functions built in the SAP Concur system. The reports from SAP Concur allow us to monitor the trend of the corporate business travel and help us identify the opportunities for the cost efficiencies.

I have to say the bursting report is one of the favorite functions. It can provide the customized reports by cost centers. The reports can help the corporate maintain transparency into the corporate expenses and also give the leaders many tools to identify the fraudulent activities and opportunities for the cost efficiencies.
For our employees, SAP Concur is their one stop shop place for the corporate business travel bookings and reimbursement. It expedited the reimbursement process and improved the transparency into the corporate business spend. For the admin, it provides all kinds of the reports to allow them closely monitor the business spend
