Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

I use it to create travel authorizations and vouchers I also
use it to make travel arrangements and reservations .

Pros

  • Links with airlines
  • Allows for multiple
  • Methods of reimbursement
  • Pulls in per diem automatically

Cons

  • Would like to easily copy an authorization so I wouldn’t have to Demeter the Sam estimates and expenses over and over again.
  • Wish it were easier to modify travel arrangements after original booking
  • Making airline reservations takes time. Expedia is easier
  • Better than last system
  • Wish it took less time to make preservations.
  • Would like better search capabilities to locate and review past documents

much effort.
