Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
We use Concur for expense reports. It assists with following company guidelines for travel and entertainment. It connects to SAP and pulls my cost center and manager and some additional info.
Pros
- guides me through creating and submission of expense report
- assists in where to gather info
- provides status of my expense reports
- provides help when needed
Cons
- when i have an issue with Jabil travel policy, it does not provide the communication channel
- would like to see the amount of time taken at each step of the process
- management can easily see where expenses are hitting
- adheres to my company's policies as designed
