Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

SAP Concur is our standard Time and Expense solution with in North America region. We use it for all our travel and expense needs for all our employees across North America.

Pros

  • Travel booking for all the domestic and international travel
  • Mobile app user experience and ability to submit expense reports and receipts from the mobile phone

Cons

  • Search responses in the Web application are slow at times. Faster response time and better performance could be an area of opportunity to improve.
SAP ECC and SAP SuccessFactors.
My mobile app experience is very user friendly and I found the over all user experience to be very simple and easy to use.
As I user of this application, I find it very comprehensive and easy to use.
