Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
I use SAP Concur for business travel and entertainment expenses. I travel to 17 manufacturing sites and use Concur to track and submit my travel expenses. Concur makes it easy to submit detailed expenses, book airline travel and hotels. I also use it to track my employees' business travel and approve or not depending on allowed spending levels.

We are integrated with SAP ECC. Expense posting to the GL/CC is a welcome benefit.
The app really compliments the process. We can easily input receipts right in the app and apply them to expense reports. This means I no longer have to maintain a stack of receipts and key them in later. The OCR is very accurate which has led to a big time savings.
Concur makes it easy for employees to accurately create expense reports. The app in particular really simplifies the entire process.
