Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

We are using it for travel reimbursement for several hundred colleagues in about 25 countries.

Pros

  • connection to third party systems like freenow
  • collecting all travel related cost
  • providing good reporting

Cons

  • the UI is not intuitive
  • errors are not often well explained
  • time saved in creating travel reimbursement
  • better tracking of travel related cost
  • standardized process

we have now a standard process rolled out to 25 countries
I think so, as the reimbursement process has increased together with the accuracy
