Using Concur for Travel booking and expense claims
Pros
- Quick responses
- Easy login
Cons
- Search options for especially hotels are not good
- It takes too much time to enter expenses. Too many clicks required
- Very vague where the demarcation is with e.g. Tripit/TripSource
- Takes too much time to do expense claims
- Too little automation is being used
SAP SuccessFactors for Employee data and payment information
The only reason I can think of is the mobile app. As long as you don´t need to use it for booking or entering expense claims, but only for approvals or checking your booked trips and uploaded expenses it´s fine.
