Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

The biggest problem we have is how Concur charges us for each transaction.

Pros

  • Monthly reconciliation of charges.
  • Auto import of transactions from a credit card.
  • All expenses like Air, Hotel, and Car in one place.

Cons

  • The method to add expenses to the expense report can be done better.
  • The number of steps to add receipts can be reduced.
  • Auto creation of repeated expenses into a report would help every month.
  • Ease of use
  • Less missed transactions
  • Reduced housekeeping efforts in tracking monthly transactions.
Ease of use, simple, don't need training to use this tool.
SAP ECC is integrated into Concur to push users into Concur as we have SAP HR in SAP ECC.
