Overall Satisfaction with SAP Crystal Reports
Crystal Reports was used to deliver reports to clients about data relating to transportation systems. The reports were typically static in format, but numerous and regular, and were good candidates for automation. Each system had a large number of data points to report on. It was implemented by our organization, on behalf of our clients.
- Report scheduling - flexibility and consistency in delivery
- Report visualization - simple but effective.
- Report delivery - reliable
- Ease of set-up - engineering took a while to hook it up
- Configuration - generally, the reports were not something folks could actually go in and modify
