Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our organization used Fieldglass to procure temporary contractors to work in our organization. We are a federal government contractor, so we need many temp workers to work on contracts based on workload.

Easy to use to search vendors.
Easy to use to post listings.
Ability to submit time.

Cons

Deployment.
Managing vendors can be complicated.
Need to know enterprise code.

Return on Investment

Pre vetted contractors.
Allows us to consider contractor to hire.
Better process efficiency.
Negative visibility to procurement.

Product Configurability

Fieldglass has largely positively affected our business. The only negative quality I can think of is that there is no open visibility to the backside of the house. I work in procurement, and I'm unable to see agreement terms that need to be aligned with me because these workers work on federal contracts.

Overall experience is an 8! Fieldglass has a lot of positive attributes, but there is also room for improvement.

Fieldglass is very well suited for our industry. The system is already set up with pre-vetted selected vendors throughout the organization. We do federal contracts, so when the workload increases, we can resort to FG to quickly post listings. The vendors are already pre-vetted, so it cuts off time for background checks and the onboarding process.
