Overall Satisfaction with SAP Fieldglass

We use the SAP Fieldglass client portal in our organization for recruiting and fulfilling client requirements. Our clients share their requirements in the SAP Fieldglass VMS, and we fulfill them as per their needs. We manage Job Posting details, work orders, timesheets, and all invoices in the Fieldglass portal.

  • First of all the user interface of Fieldglass is very complex especially for new users.
  • Sometimes face difficulties to create customized reports.
  • We integrated SAP Fieldglass with our ATS JobDiva, but it's incompatible in Integration with Niche tools.
  • This tool helps our company to save costs reduce compliance risks, and improve our company hiring process.
  • This tool helps with Automation, real-time data access, and faster hiring with better workforce utilization.

SAP Fieldglass improved our company productivity and reduced manual work. This tool's reconfigurability for reporting and dashboards allows us to create custom reports and ensure compliance with every county law. This tool also improved supplier management, cost control, and quality.

The good thing is that SAP Fieldglass has an automated function, so we can easily manage the hiring process, check that all workers comply with labor laws, and manage the onboarding process. SAP Fieldglass is a very expansive VMS for small organizations, and the user interface is very difficult to understand for new users.
