It Integrates various internal and external applications for us. Through its readymade connectors, we are able to integrate multiple Tier 1 products within BMC.

- Automate with BMC AI ops , providing next generation operational support
- Ready made connectors are a great value add
- feasible way to manage APi's
- There is scope for introducing new connectors for leading vendors
- External Application implementation could be simplified further
- Machin learning Artificial intelligence and AI ops could be leveraged for future versions
- Embracing open source technologies.
- Maintaining leading integrations is a big value relief to developers
- Ready made connectors with a plug & play type feature has made custom integrations really easy thus saving a lot of funds.

Yes BMC has been integration multiple applications with SAP Integration Suite. For example we have integrated our leading product BMC Helix remedy/ITMS Suite , BMC AIOPS, along with other external applications like Microsoft 365 , AWS , Adobe etc.
BMC uses these predictive recommendations to mange capacity and optimize cost. I'm not aware of other use cases which our applications admin could be consuming.
Ready made connectors of SAP Integration Suite are best in the market place.
