S&OP

We have been using S&OP solution for our client and the experience have been gruelling at yimes and some times very rewarding. We have been able to implement the solution in a quick pace and teh efficacy of the results have been as per our clients expectations. We have somewhat faced a resistance when ut comes to forecasting time that is being taken up there. Rest of the things are working fine.

They have reduced the turnaround time. Is user friendly at some instances. The integration to otger data sources can be improved, with acceds to more no of charts that are present in the system already. But the main focus should be redicing the forecasting time in case of supply chain integration wherever requied. SAP has already been implemented in ERP and the increased efficacy of the algorithm can help implemet these solutions to a broader audience

We have been able to implement a genral solution tailored to the meeds of our clients with them. The solution implementation cycle being less as they had alredy implemented erp through SAP was cherry on the top. Smooth implemented solution that was able to meet the quality and runtime demands of the client was a great experience.
