We use it for API management and B2B integration. We are being a manufacturing company we publish our APIs for our dealers and suppliers to do business with ease, and we were able to do it using SAP Integration Suite. Also, we use this tool for our hybrid integrations of on-premises to cloud and vice versa.

We do use SAP Integration Suite for hybrid integration scenarios like our dealer network access our on-premise systems via APIs published in our API management infrastructure in BTP. Also we are using Event Mesh for even driven integration scenarios to trigger events based on real time events in our manufacturing processes.

AI is becoming a game-changer in SAP integration. By 2025, AI-powered workflows reduce manual data mapping, detect anomalies, and optimize processes in real time. AI-driven SAP integration enables Automatic error detection in data pipelines. Predictive analytics to forecast system bottlenecks. Intelligent routing of data between systems, we are actively exploring the capabilities.
