We use Integration Suite as an integration platform for SAP as well as non-SAP. We use Advanced event mesh, Cloud integration, and Integration Advisor for building integration flows to connect SAP ERP with third-party systems using event-driven architecture.

Yes, we are benefiting from these services to connect our on-premises SAP on-premises system to the cloud in Real time using the Integration Suite. Also using edge integration cell to connect our on-premises system to on on-premises system, which provides the value to the business and the organization. Integration suite is positioned as one of the integration platforms.
Yes, it helped a lot for the operations team for monitoring purposes and to help them in taking the correct action. Also, we come to know which integration flows are consuming more memory to consume.
Because of ease and the plethora of adapters and connectors, we use the SAP integration suite.
