MDG has better governance methodololgy and workflow.

Overall complexity of the solution as well as elongated/stretched support needed to resolve the issues. Overall SAP has been great in taking ownership and providing the resources to resolve the issues.

Usability

Its still the best in this class of products but definitely has scope of improvements.

Time To Value

It provided good starting point to build the solution for the client.
The business value / blueprint was achieved at a faster rate.
