Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

SAP S/4HANA Cloud is used by our organisation to generate purchase orders, sales, billing and a lot of other areas. It is used by the whole organisation and addresses all our business needs.

The earlier version of SAP S/4HANA Cloud and its ERP business functions were available in SAP ERP (ECC). There we were not having much to do on Intelligent Framework or Machine Learning capabilities. The SAP S/4HANA Cloud provides data for SAP Leonardo as well. The new SAP S/4HANA Cloud has more scalability and more functions to explore in comparison to SAP ECC.
SAP S/4HANA Cloud is well suited for more interactive transactions with high-volume users & time saving with faster execution. Less suited areas would be lower number of users and manageable slow transactions which do not have much effect on the business.

after considering migration approach, the team and end-users were trained and made prepare to understand what to expect at what next phases
Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled
SAP use cases, SAP rapid build for S/4 hana, every team members previous cumulative experience
via pre-defined Change management processes. Change management periodic meeting gets conducted by the Change coordinator team
every customer has their own experience for their S/4 hana transition journey. This will depend on what things client wants to achieve out of this S/4 hana transition, since all ECC system details may not stay relevant and also might not require during the S/4 hana use for the business
Probably will try using other methodologies. Also since upcoming versions would have more features, hence the technical approach might also change in future while planning
