Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Most of our business process run over SAP S/4HANA Cloud. We need an integrated platform to run our company. We rest on SAP infrastucture and functional support, so we can focus on other more relevant situations.

  • We didn't have to invest a lot of money to have the SAP infrastructure
  • We had SAP infrastructure ready pretty fast so we could initiate our implementation project soon
  • We can produce our financial reports easily and fast
It allows several graphical user interfaces. It allows the classic interface, a new more modern interface, and above all it has the fiori applications that can be accessed from mobile devices and are more versatile. It also allows to generate interfaces with external or internally developed applications.
Because we were SAP ECC 5 users there was no discussion or evaluation to implement SAP S/4HANA Cloud. In our organizational and work culture we already had SAP best practices implemented for our processes, so the Board of Directors decided to go to the latest version of SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Support

In our implementation, SAP is our direct support for infrastructure, security, backups, basis and functional issues in the Finance module. We have counted on the best disposition of the SAP team to solve urgent requirements, and they have worked extended hours to solve our problems. We were not sure about hiring the functional support, but we have needed it and they have solved more than one urgent issue, for example in year-end closing and legal requirements.
